1.The service

MemoryMelody is a platform that creates personalized lyrics and songs (with voice and melody) on demand using artificial intelligence. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms of use.

The service is maintained and operated by the MemoryMelody team. These terms apply to anyone who accesses or uses the site and platform features.

2.Credits and generation

Song creation works with credits:

• Writing the lyrics is free. You only spend a credit when generating the final audio (voice and melody).
• 1 credit equals 1 generated song/audio.
• Credits are purchased individually, with no subscription and no monthly fee.
• Credits do not expire.

Generation depends on artificial intelligence services. Results may vary based on the information you provide and the characteristics of each musical style.

3.Payment

Credit purchases are processed by a third-party payment processor responsible for charging and handling payment data. MemoryMelody does not store your card details.

Credits are added to your account after the processor confirms payment.

4.Satisfaction guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within that period through support, according to the conditions stated at the time of purchase.

5.Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you ask the platform to create (names, messages, references and other information). By using MemoryMelody, you agree not to use it for:

• Any illegal purpose or anything that violates applicable law.
• Defamatory or slanderous content, or content that harms someone else’s reputation.
• Hate speech, incitement to violence or discrimination.
• Infringement of third-party rights, including copyright, image and trademark rights.
• Fraud, misinformation or improper impersonation of people or institutions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6.Generated content

The generated song is yours to use, including for personal and commercial purposes, within the limits of these terms and the law.

You alone are responsible for how you use the generated content. MemoryMelody is not liable for improper, illegal or rights-infringing use you make of material created on the platform.

7.Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep the platform available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or stability of third-party services (such as AI providers and the payment processor).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemoryMelody is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

8.Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms of use at any time. When that happens, the “last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the platform after changes means you agree to the new terms.

9.Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district of Recife/PE are elected to resolve any disputes, with waiver of any other venue, however privileged it may be.
