1.Who processes your data

MemoryMelody is the platform responsible for processing the personal data collected here. This policy explains, transparently, what we collect and why.

2.What data we collect

• Account data: name, email and, when provided, WhatsApp.
• Order content: the information you provide to create a song (names, messages, style, references) and the lyrics and audio generated.
• Usage data: access logs, actions on the platform and technical information about your device/browser.
• Payment data: processed directly by the payment processor. We do not store your card details.

3.How we use it

• Create and maintain your account and authenticate your access.
• Generate the lyrics and songs you request.
• Process credit purchases and unlock your balance.
• Provide support and respond to your requests.
• Improve the platform, generation quality and your experience.
• Meet legal obligations and prevent fraud and abusive use.

4.Legal basis

We process your data under the LGPD, mainly to perform the contract (deliver the service you purchased), comply with legal obligations, pursue our legitimate interests (security and improvement) and, when applicable, based on your consent.

5.Who we share with

We share data only with third parties strictly necessary to operate the service, and only to the extent required:

• Payment processor: to process credit purchases.
• Artificial intelligence provider: to generate lyrics and audio from your request.
• Storage and CDN: to store and securely deliver song files.

We do not sell your personal data.

6.Cookies and session

We use essential cookies and session technologies for login and basic platform operation (for example, keeping you signed in securely). Without them, parts of the service will not work correctly.

7.Your rights

The LGPD gives you, among others, the right to access, correct, update and request deletion of your data, and to obtain information about the processing. To exercise these rights, reach us via WhatsApp support or email memorymelody@gmail.com. We will respond as soon as possible.

8.Security and retention

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No system is 100% infallible, but we work continuously on your security. We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

9.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. When that happens, the “last updated” date at the top will change. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
